Calming yoga for me means yoga that's focused on releasing any extra tension you might have in your body. This includes areas around your neck, joints, ankles, back, and more. These are also some yoga routines that revolve around letting go of traumatic energy someone can hold in themselves. Overall this is just a super relaxing way to enjoy your morning or end the day!
